My wife Mary and I have served Oakland City Church of the Nazarene since January 26, 1997. Upon graduation from college, I really did not know I would be back in Indiana; I certainly did not think about returning to pastor my home church; but it has been and continues to be an amazing and joy-filled journey!

Mary and I met in college and were married in September 1983. We have two children. Jeffrey is married to Jamie and our daughter is Andrea. We have three amazing grandsons; Cooper, Luke, and Waylon!

Bringing together the “Great Commandment” to love God and love neighbor and the “Great Commission” to go and make disciples is the ongoing calling and life of the Church. To be filled with Holy Spirit and walk daily in step with Him must be a priority for all believers.

I am thankful for and humbled by the love of the people who are the Oakland City Church of the Nazarene. I am forever grateful for the opportunities to serve along side some of the very best of God’s people.
